Providing emergency relief to victims of disaster

Okoa Mother and Child Initiative played a vital role in mobilizing relief aid for the needy people during the Convid-19 lockdown. During lock down, many people were locked out of their workplaces and therefore were not able to fend for their families. The Okoa team came in by working together with their Malaysian friends to mobilize food items to distribute to the needy. The regions that have benefited from the food project so far include Eastern, West Eastern, and the West Nile regions.
